Acne is a frustrating condition. It takes quite some time to resolve and by the time one pimple resolves, one may get another. That frustrates us more. Daily application of formulations that seem not to work makes us look for cures that may be quicker. Sunshine, application of toothpaste, essential oils etc. are all taken as quick treatments. Before you get taken in by any of such treatments, please read further.

The main reason that many of us look for miracle cures for acne is because we cannot tolerate acne. If it is severe, we want to get rid of it immediately. It makes us feel very bad. Our confidence is affected because of acne. Modern medicine has proven acne therapy but all of them take weeks to show effect. That frustrates us and we want a quick cure. This makes us look for miracle cures.

While treating acne, the objective is to prevent scarring and curing acne as soon as possible. To make an informed decision, know more about different acne medications and procedures that can be used to treat acne. Remember that you need not suffer acne and wait for it to go. You can get treated at any stage successfully.

Treatment of acne is greatly helped if you know how to take care of skin that is affected by acne. Good skin care stops aggravation of acne and help cure acne faster.

Tips:

1. Don't try to squeeze out blackheads or whiteheads, as that may lead to further infection. Picking up acne at second stage may lead to scarring. your doctor will remove the comedones with sterile instruments if it is required.

2. Some people believe that excessive sweat or dirt can cause acne. In blackheads what we see as black is not dirt, but oxidized sebum. Excessive cleaning of skin will not cure acne, but may aggravate the condition. Gently clean your face twice a day with mild soap or cleansers formulated to care for acne and warm water. Pat dry, don't rub.

3. Noncomedogenic products are certified to not cause or aggravate acne. Use noncomedogenic cosmetics and skin care products.

4. Most of the acne treatments make the skin sensitive to sun. Talk to your doctor about that and protect yourself with sunscreen whenever you go out. Also adopt other methods to protect your skin from sun. Avoid tanning beds and lamps.

5. Use cosmetic treatments such as facials, only after consulting your doctor. Facials may aggravate your acne.

6. Avoid touching acne spots with your hands. It may worsen the condition. You should also avoid any hair coming on the forehead.

7. Use of more than prescribed dose of medication may put you in trouble. In your hurry to get rid of acne faster, do not overuse any medication.

8. Keep your face free of makeup as much as possible. Let the skin breathe fresh air. Also avoid using any oil or oil-rich product for your hair. Use oil-free hair care products after consulting your doctor.

BIOSKINCARE™ is a natural skin care cream made with the same substance that a cute little creature, living under the sun, uses to bathe his own skin to protect it from environmental hazards and to repair it when damaged. On human skin the natural fluid performs two functions: a) fights opportunistic bacteria that always thrive on injured cells, b) restores a healthy skin whenever damaged by acne or other inflammatory reactions triggered by rosacea, accidents, trauma, burns, or folliculitis, boils or warts.

BIOSKINCARE™ also keeps hair follicles opened and opens up clogged pores, vanishes post inflammatory marks quickly, destroys microbes and creates an environment that stimulates the regeneration of normal collagen. It also improves the water holding capacity of the skin and thus elasticity, density and skin firmness.

BIOSKINCARE™ contains enzymes that gently "digests" or dissolve scar tissues and damaged cells and regulate the organized production of new skin cells. It also improves skin resilience and elasticity and helps to plump the underlying structure of the skin, reducing the depth and appearance of icepick acne scars.

Common concerns about treating acne

When treating acne as many of the factors that cause it as possible should be targeted.

Excessive sebum production: At puberty, increasing levels of androgens, the major sebotrophic hormones, begin to drive an increase in sebum production. However, while androgenic stimulation is important in the pathogenesis of acne, the typical acne patient does not have significant endocrine abnormalities. Hormonal therapy is not indicated in the initial management of mild to moderate acne, although females who require oral contraception may be candidates for anti-androgen therapy early in the course of treatment.

Abnormal desquamation of the follicular epithelium: In acne, keratinocytes, hyperproliferate and accumulate within the sebaceous follicle. As these abnormally desquamated cells accumulate in the sebaceous follicle, they lead to microcomedo formation. The microcomedo, is the precursor to all acne lesions and is present in 80% of acne papules but is invisible to the unaided eye. However, as the already clogged follicle begins to fill with lipids, bacteria and cell fragments, the microcomedo progresses to open or closed comedones (blackheads and whitehead, respectively), both of which are non-inflammatory lesions. If P. acnes proliferates, inflammatory mediators are generated and inflammatory papules and pustules occur.

Bacterial proliferation: The microenvironment of the follicle in acne is conducive to colonization with P. acnes. This leads to inflammation and the production of the visible papules and pustules with which acne patients typically present to dermatologists.

Inflammation: Inflammation in acne occurs as a result of humoral and cellular immune reactions to P. acnes proliferation. It has been suggested that changes in sebum production or composition irritate infundibular keratinocytes leading to the release of interleukin 1a (IL-1a). In addition, CD4 lymphocytes and neutrophils migrate to the follicle. Rupture of the follicular duct leads to the extravasation of lipids, corneocytes and bacteria into the dermis, causing further inflammation.

What our customers say:
""I want to thank you for a truly incredible product. I use your product every night after I cleanse my face. This is the first NATURAL product I have ever found that delivers on it's promises. It keeps my acne in check without drying out my skin which has been a real problem for me with several other acne treatments. I have extremely sensitive skin which has recurrent breakouts, but is also very dry and you product seems to help my skin find the proper balance. THANKS AGAIN AND GOD BLESS. Very Sincerely Yours, Jennifer Anderson. CA, USA."

My son and I have been using the cream for a couple of months and it has really cleared up our faces. He is 19 and I am 39. My son has had bad breakouts for a couple of years and this is the best his face has looked in a long time. It also helps to eat good and drink a lot of water which was mentioned on your site. Thanks. Laurel Wilson. Utah, USA.
