Doctors usually tell us there is not any one treatment or cure for acne, because every skin type varies from person to person. They advise us from the perspective they have been trained, which is to cure diseases.

Those toxins arrive there through our lymphatic system, as waste that is deposited when your system can not get rid of degraded cooked proteins we eat.

Fasting can be a good solution. Infra-red sauna and proper dieting are other two ways of naturally dealing with acne.

Sauna treatments generally involve three 15 minute intervals in the sauna and 5 minutes outside after 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular activity (in order to get the blood flowing).
