How to Regenerate Skin Care Cells through Serum of Helix Aspersa Muller (the humble garden snail)

Planning on taking a winter vacation this year? Don’t make your skin pay the price. What exactly is it that mountain air does to your skin, you might ask? Various factors coming from the environment can turn normal healthy skin to parched and inflammed. What a change of environment and temperature combined with elevated risks of UV damage and other skin irritants are essential to be conscious of and essential to avoid. Take advantage of mountain trips with the right information and skin care to maintain healthy and skin that’s fully hydrated.

Many people visualize a winter getaway as a possibility to refresh themselves in the cool crisp mountain air; nonetheless, temperature changes out in the open environment can be harmful. Lower humidity, temperature, air pressure and oxygen level may strip your skin of its natural layers of protective oil and allow water to escape the skin’s surface, which leaves you dehydrated and vulnerable to additional skin problems.

Just what problems does mountain air cause exactly? Temperature, altitude, and factors relevant to those can cause greater risk of eczema flare-ups, sun damage, facial redness and most commonly, dry skin. Intensified UV exposure can bring about sunburn and an increase in free radicals. And remember other likely skin aggravations that may pop up throughout winter trips from issues such as unwholesome diet, increased alcohol intake, sweaty ski gear as well as severe alterations in temperatures between the freezing outdoors and warmly heated ski lodges.

So how do you elude these damages of mountain air? You may use a humidifier to counteract the arid winter air that can make dehydrated skin and itching of eczema even worse. Also, it’s a good idea to be sure use an oil-based skin care cream and moisturize often. This moisturizer replenishes the protective layers of oil that will probably be lost due to these environmental factors. Before you leave for the outside, an imperative preventative is to use a thick layer of sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher. It’s also helpful to carry along a treatment for eczema should it be a problem. It is important to address eczema right away with an efficient eczema treatment before it gets any worse. Any other changes in skin care that produce and trap moisture are also recommended.

On the coming winter vacation, take this information along with you and keep your skin healthy throughout the season. Moisturize frequently, defend yourself from UV exposure, and try to elude the frigid cold and overheating. Dry skin, also known as xerosis, is usually not a serious condition. Yet, it may be extremely uncomfortable and unsightly. Most dry skin is a result of environmental causes such as weather or excess bathing. Therefore, only some factors can be controlled. Chronic or severe dry skin problems might require the help of a dermatologist. However, there are some tips you can take in order to improve your skin such as moisturize, decrease bathing time and avoid harsh soaps.

Dry skin is often a temporary problem experienced in the winter. The parts of the body most affected are the arms, lower legs, and sides of abdomen, but this pattern can change from person to person. Signs and symptoms also depend on age, health, location, the amount of time spent outdoors, and the cause of the problem.

Symptoms

If you suffer from dry skin you are likely to be experiencing some or all of the following.

* a tight feeling of the skin, especially after bathing

* dehydrated skin that appears shrunken or shriveled

* rough looking and feeling skin

* itching, flaking, or peeling

* reddening of the skin

Causes of Dry Skin

Most dry skin is caused by environmental effects. There are also certain skin disorders that can worsen the condition.

Potential causes of dry skin include:

* Weather: Low temperature and humidity levels in winter tend to cause dry skin.

* Hot baths and showers: Bathing frequently with hot water breaks down lipid barriers and dries out skin.

* Harsh soaps and cleansers: These products strip lipids and water from your skin, especially those with antibacterial properties which usually contain alcohol.

* Sun exposure: The heat of the sun dries out skin and its UV rays can damage the dermis. This can cause collagen and elastin fibers to break down leaving skin with signs of sun damage which may have the appearance of dry skin.

* Psoriasis: This is a skin condition that causes rough, dry, dead skin cells that cause scaling.

* Thyroid Disorder: Some types of this disorder reduce the activity of sweat and oil glands leading to dry skin.

Why Natural Skin Care Products Work Best for Dry Skin

There are two different definitions used for natural skin products. One definition deals with traditional products that contain ingredients derived from natural substances and the other definition pertains to the elaboration of homemade products. Regardless of your definition, you can find and make a wide range of skin care products for different skin problems.

This time around we’ll take a look at homemade products that are made to help treat dry skin problems. Dry skin is, perhaps, the one skin type that can benefit the most from these types of products.

Dry Skin & Its Biggest Problem

There are a couple of issues that are persistent with dry skin. Premature aging is one such issue that is very common in people with dry skin. Adverse reactions to chemical products are the other problem that people with dry skin usually suffer.

Anti Aging Skin Care Tips & Dry Skin

Aging skin requires a regular cleansing routine just like every other type of skin. Daily cleansing helps remove dead skin cells which give the skin a dull appearance. And don’t forget that using a natural skin moisturizer is an essential part of an anti aging routine.

Apply your moisturizer generously over your face and neck on damp skin to get the best results. You can also skip one step and save time by finding a moisturizer that also acts as a wrinkle cream or as an anti aging cream.

After cleansing, follow up with a natural toner. Essential oils and floral water work great for dry skin. Find the mix that is best for your skin.

Exfoliation is another important step in dry skin care. However, stay away from mechanical abrasives such as scrubs and hard bristled brushes. Instead, opt for a paste made with honey, oatmeal, and grapefruit juice to remove dead skin cells and debris from your skin.

Homemade Treatments & Dry Skin

Natural skin products are helpful when treating dry skin because they are less likely to cause irritation:

In order to treat dry skin you can puree 1 banana and 1 papaya together to form a paste that will be applied to your skin. Let the paste settle for 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water and apply a natural moisturizer.

You can also take care of dry skin by using mayonnaise – homemade or store bought. This is usually done by lightly massaging in the mayonnaise and having it set for at least 20 minutes. Once your 20 minutes are up, you should rinse off with warm water.

Important Tips to keep in Mind

If you are going to be outside, always apply a sunscreen. This will protect your skin from exposure to UV radiation, which also accelerates the signs of aging and can cause irritation. Drinking plenty of water and avoiding smoking are also good ways to keep your skin hydrated and young looking.

BIOSKINREJUVENATION is one of the great antioxidant skin creams that can be used as an anti aging lotion or even a natural wrinkles cream. It is one of the few natural skin moisturizers made with Helix aspersa muller extract, a natural capable of helping you treat age spots, fine lines and dull skin.

An Analysis of the Benefits of an Accutane Dry Skin Moisturizer

Acne is a common problem in both teenagers and adults. For most of them, their acne problems can be treated with a daily skin care routine and over the counter medication, however, this doesn’t work for everyone.

Accutane is a medication that can do wonders for certain types of acne. Nevertheless, there are several side effects that may go along with this type of treatment. One such side effect is dry skin.

Up to 90% of Accutane users get chapped lips and up to 80% get dry and/or itchy skin. If you are currently using Accutane and experiencing more acute symptoms, consult with your doctor about the appropriate treatment. Use an effective and natural moisturizing cream to treat the side effects caused by accutane.

A recommended biological healing balm will be thick and creamy, but the one you ultimately use will depend on your skin type. Moisturize dry skin as many times as you need to during the day. Do not just restrain yourself to applying moisturizer twice a day.

A good moisturizing routine will determine the success or failure of an effective accutane dry skin moisturizer. More than likely, Accutane will be part of a treatment that includes a cleansing regimen, so right after washing your face, pat it dry and apply your moisturizer.

To keep the moisture locked into the surface of your skin, do not let the water evaporate before you put on your moisturizer. When the water evaporates from your skin, it takes some of the skin’s natural moisture along with it.

Other situations that are out of your control are the lack of moisture in the air or cold climates, nevertheless, however there are a few things you can do. By lowering the setting on your thermostat or air conditioner you will help conserver the humidity in the air.

Do not stand in front of open flames or ovens for too long. Both of these situations cause dry out your skin. When cooking you should only be in the kitchen when strictly necessary. This will help reduce your chances of drying out your skin.

To deal with cold weather, make sure that you bundle up before going outside. Make sure that you protect your neck, face, and legs from the cold. You can keep warm without exposing yourself to excessively high temperatures, by sipping warm beverages.

Sipping water is also an ideal way to keep your skin moisturized. If you prefer to drink soda drinks instead of water, keep in mind that they are known to dehydrate your skin. Coffee is also a dehydrating beverage, so try to moderate its intake.

Acne dry skin is one of the most common Accutane side effects. To treat this symptom while you are still using accutane, try using natural skin care products like BIOSKINBALM. This natural skin cream is capable of treating all kinds of dry skin conditions safely, including eczema and psoriasis.

The Right Acne Treatments for Dry Skin

People who have dry skin usually don’t have to worry about acne. But, not everyone with dry skin can stay acne free. In this case, the approach to acne care is quite different than it would be for oily skin.

The main reason for this difference is that when acne presents itself in people with dry skin, it is usually under the surface. This can produce painful nodules and redness. It is definitely not advisable to pick at these lesions because you can seriously damage your skin. Instead, reach for the moisturizer.

Yes, you read right. Moisturizing is the key step to dealing with acne that appears on dry skin, and here’s why:

Dry skin tends to have micro-cracks on the surface. These tiny, little breaks in the skin are a perfect entry point for bacteria, especially the kind that cause acne. Moisturizing will help your skin stay moist and flexible and keep your skin from cracking.

Along with a good moisturizer, you can use different acne creams to help control breakouts. However, do not use products designed for oily skin. Keep in mind that acne treatments meant for oily skin are much too strong for people with dry skin.

Another great way of moisturizing your skin naturally is using an oil. However, not just any oil will do. You can use a non-comedogenic oil, like olive oil, and massage it gently into your skin.

Remove it using a warm, damp washcloth and apply a moisturizer as usual. This change can help balance out the natural oils in your skin. In fact, it is especially helpful for people with extremely dry skin.

Specific Treatments for Acne

A good cleansing routine can be a life saver for people with mild and moderate acne. However, severe acne may require medical intervention. Without the proper care, severe acne can lead to extensive scarring and force you to submit to acne scar removal procedures.

Dry skin is too sensitive to withstand products that contain sulfur, salicylic acid, and retinol. Instead of using products that contain these ingredients you should look for products that contain tea tree oil or vitamin B complex. AHAs are another options, but if you decide to use products that contain this ingredient do it wisely because AHAs are also known to cause some irritation.

Tea tree oil should initially be used once a week to allow your skin time enough to adjust and become accustomed to it. Or, you can dilute it with a couple of drops of water or a few drops of your moisturizer. It doesn’t matter which method you use, both will help reduce its irritating power.

AHAs are excellent exfoliators and often used to help reduce the level of flaking that usually accompanies dry skin. You can also find a creamy moisturizer that contains AHAs or you can add them to your moisturizer.

BIOSKINFORTE is a natural product that can help you treat more severe cases of acne, such as cystic acne. It can also be used as a back acne treatment. BIOSKINFORTE contains natural ingredients that make it so gentle it is comparable to acne home remedies.

Natural Products to Treat Dry Skin Is the Best Way to Go

Natural skin care means different things to different people. According to the skin care market, a product should have a certain percentage of natural ingredients before it is considered to be “natural”. However, some people argue that natural skin products are only those that you can make at home.

No matter what you believe, you can actually make or buy a variety of different skin care products for different skin problems. Dry skin is, possibly, the skin type that can benefit most from these types of products.

The Main Problems that affect Dry Skin

Dry skin is continually affected by a couple of issues. Premature aging is one such issue that is very common in people with dry skin. Another common problem that affects people with dry skin is that they have adverse reactions to chemical products.

In order to deal with premature aging, it is crucial that you follow the right anti aging skin care routine. This includes the use of a good wrinkle cream and a consistent cleansing routine.

Dealing with Dry Skin Problems

The right cleansing routine for dry skin has to do with maintaining as much moisture on the skin as possible. This is why you should always prefer a creamy cleanser over a soapy one. If your skin still feels too tight with this type of product, switch over to olive oil.

Follow up with a natural toner. Both essential oils and floral water work perfectly for dry skin. Find the mix that is best for your skin.

Exfoliation is another important step in dry skin care. However, stay away from mechanical abrasives such as scrubs and hard bristled brushes. Instead, try and remove dead skin cells and debris by using a paste made with honey, oatmeal, grapefruit juice.

Finally, apply a natural moisturizer. A great tip is to use a moisturizer that is also an anti aging cream so that you don’t have to use too many products at once. These cleansing steps are usually enough to control dry skin and deter the aging process.

Nevertheless, if the products you are currently using are still cause of irritation, then try making your own natural skin products. You can use olive oil or a mix of oatmeal and yogurt to form a cleanser for dry and sensitive skin. Simply apply to your skin and rinse off.

The Final Tips for Dry Skin Problems

If you are going to be outside, always apply a sunscreen. This will help protect your skin from excess UV radiation, which can accelerate the signs of aging and cause irritation. Also drink plenty of water and avoid smoking if you want to keep your skin hydrated and young looking.

BIOSKINREJUVENATION is an anti aging lotion that is gentle enough to use with any skin type, even dry skin. BIOSKINREJUVENATION is part of a natural skin care line that is based on all natural ingredients, including snail serum. Additionally, it contains hyaluronic acid that, combined with the natural mix of ingredients, makes it an excellent wrinkles cream.

Rose Hip Oil and Its Great Benefits for Dry Skin

It can be difficult to soothe dry skin. People that have dry skin usually have sensitive skin, so traditional skin products may lead to irritation. Nevertheless, there is a natural alternative that can soothe and moisturize dry skin.

One of the best natural products for dry skin is rosehip oil. This cold pressed oil is derived from the rose hips of a shrub known as Rosa moschata, which in South America is known as rosa mosqueta.

For centuries, the indigenous people of South America have used this oil to treat various digestive disorders and skin problems. Dry skin is one of the various skin problems that can benefit from its use, and here’s why.

Rose Hip Oil for Dry Skin Care

Rose hip oil has a low viscosity which allows your skin to absorb it and benefit from its properties almost immediately. This also makes rosehip oil and great skin moisturizer.

This oil contains very high levels of Vitamin E, A, C, and essential fatty acids. Its high viscosity means that this oil absorbs quickly to treat your skin almost instantly.

Vitamin A helps control the effects of aging skin, a problem for people with dry skin. It helps trigger cellular regeneration and the production of collagen and elastin. This is important because collagen and elastin are the basis of the skin’s structure.

The vitamins and essential fatty acids present in rose hip oil are aimed towards helping repair skin damage. In fact, essential fatty acids are the ones responsible for the production of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are a hormone-like substance that controls a wide range of cell activities.

Additional Benefits of Rose Hip Oil

Rose hip oil can also help treat hyperpigmentation problems and age spots. Nevertheless, it is probably most known for helping reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. For this reason, it is included in several anti aging and stretch mark creams.

UV damage by the overexposure to the sunlight can be treated using this oil. Inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis can also benefit from the application of rose hip oil. Finally, you can use this oil on brittle nails and dry, damaged hair.

It may sound a little too good to be true, but there are several studies that have shown the effectiveness of this skin care product.

Rose hip seed oil is an excellent skin care product for eczema, rosacea, and dry skin. BIOROSEHIPOIL is the purest form of rose hip oil, however, it can also be found in other natural skin care products. Some other rose hip oil benefits also include reducing the signs of aging such as fine lines and age spots.

What to Know About Exercise’s Influence Upon Eczema

Sensitive and dry skin is caused by cracks in the protective oily barrier that lies on the surface of the skin. Those cracks in the oily barrier can be caused by several factors; genes, allergies, premature aging, or excessive sun bathing.

This leads to the weakening of the skin structures, in turn making it more vulnerable to other irritants like cold temperature, artificial clothing, and chemical ingredients contained in most hair care products and skin creams.

Skin diseases such as dermatitis, psoriasis, rashes, rosacea and eczema are also a threat when the skin structure is weakened.

Eczema

Skin that is dry, itchy, scaly and red is attributed to eczema. Ten to twenty percent of the world has some form of eczema. Extreme pain and an extreme desire to scratch at affected areas of the skin are common to people who suffer from eczema. Oozing pus infected pustules can be a result of the worst cases of eczema. Skin can become permanently damaged.

Eczema and Sports

People with eczema seem to suffer more when working out. When there is high humidity this is especially true.

When the body becomes too hot, sweating is a natural reaction to lower its temperature. Eczema is triggered by sweat because of the salt which dehydrates the skin.

There are more factors in sports that irritate the skin:

- Team sports t-shirts: they are often made of synthetic materials

- Hot showers after doing exercise: the skin becomes drier with hot water

- Showering with chemical based shampoo and soap: chemicals dry the skin

- Chlorine in swimming pools: causes skin irritation

- Bacteria: locker rooms are a haven for microorganisms, these cause infections in already weakened skin

- Lessened skin care: not showering enough after sweating or showering too many times in one day can also cause skin damage

Dry Skin Relief

1. Lower the number of times you work out, and the intensity of each session.

2. Switch to activities which do not cause so much sweating, such as pilates.

3. Exercise in well ventilated areas with low humidity.

4. Stick to natural skin care products. Stop further irritation by using all natural products.

A major option to relieve your skin without giving up sports and body fitness is the permanent use of natural products.

Natural skin care requires natural yet potent ingredients. For dry skin relief choose products with naturally moisturizing elements such as rose hip oil. Known in South America for decades as ‘rosa mosqueta’, rose hip oil has been used to moisturize the driest skin. An excellent choice for an eczema treatment would include rose hip oil and a regenerative substance to stimulate new cell growth in damaged skin. Remember, natural products which don’t contain powerful natural elements do not work, so choose wisely.
