Cellulite, Body Fat And The Weight Watchers Diet
Almost everybody, women especially, often are tormented by the word: cellulite. Being obsessed with cellulite appears to be the latest national pastime. Stop! Wouldn't it be more wise to get the facts, first?
Unless you are fresh out of the womb, or in your teens, you may be in that "luckiest" segment of the statistical findings that recognize the hate to speak aloud term, cellulite, but are yet to show any interest in how to get rid of it. And then there are those of us, who live in the real world. Most females, no joke, who have that disheartening certainly not smooth, dimpled, dare I say the dreaded term: 'cottage cheese' like skin who are in pursuit of honest to goodness remedies that really fix the targeted cellulite we want to either improve or make less visible.
What I'm saying is, it is not fair. Of course, you haven't ever just decided to yourself that you wanted three wishes: cellulite, cellulite, and if not too much trouble, more cellulite, right? The reality is nothing to joke about. At some point, you have been convinced that your butt, stomach, back, ankles, the skin around and between, that not normally susceptible to cellulite, but unfortunately, have indeed caused you to think twice about the activities you do and the clothes you wear and enough is enough, you want to take the necessary actions to get back in control.
You may be as slender as a super model, boast to all you can about how many buffet spreads you can consume without having to worry about what just went past your lips, completely free of any thought that even one, discouraging pound to be gained as a result. Believe it or not you aren't safe from cellulite. You may exercise, have no signs of trouble right now, and eat square meals, but cellulite doesn't care, and it is almost inevitable it will be showing up like univited relatives during the holidays. Not welcome, of course. Getting rid of cellulite is a decades old puzzle that possibly millions of people will wisely choose their words, push people out of the way just to compel you of the 'snake oil' in a box, bottle or toothpaste like tube that displays outrageous claims in its marketing, promising to eliminate your cellulite blemishes at the snap of your fingers. That definitely does upset me.
And what should one do when we practice the "weight watchers" way of thought, have finally gotten an eating routine down and consuming the weight watchers diet plan like there was no food to be found? And yet, even with the best effort you keep thinking to yourself: this is why I'm fat?
Truth be told, the fat hiding under our skin, cellulite, at least the way you and I think of it, those fatty areas found in your body that we wish would disappear, few of the 'cures' on the market are worth the effort.
There are thousands of cellulite preventing products being promoted currently. And those who are so fast to endorse only one product, often have a direct hand in your potential sale. That kind of information that's looking out for your best interests.
It's just the tip of the iceberg: anti-cellulite cream , the perfect cellulite exercise, cellulite treatments claiming to have all benefits of Botox - but without the drawbacks or side effects, putting their 'cellulite therapy" in a spa - implying an endorsement, wear anti cellulite swimsuits, cellulite removal via plastic surgery, cellulite home remedies certain to have you driving yourself batty with the weird stuff you're told to slather on your skin, has 1 goal in mind: to get you to buy into their latest whiz-bang of an idea.
Or it might be that you have taken the hook, line and sinker for an oh so compelling customer interview, printed blurb from a health and diet magazine, before and after photo as proof that what they not so surprisingly are pushing works - And guess what? - it peels away: fatty deposits, cellulite, cottage cheese, or whichever you prefer, or so they continue to harp on about.
Don't despair. Maybe I can do some good, and cut out cellulite myths and the totally outrageous, before this cellulite conundrum gets completely out of control. Quit being obsessed with cellulite.
