Almost all women it's easy to suggest, are stressed by the word: cellulite. Being obsessed with cellulite seems like the newest time consuming pastime. Hold on just a second! Do you not believe that you should first get the right information, not just the heavily marketed "junk science" that is running rampant these days?

I'm guessing you are not an infant, or a teenager, you may be in that "luckiest" remainder of the demographic findings that indeed, knows the term, but are yet to show any interest in all the cellite reduction facts and myths floating out there today. But more bad news for pretty much everybody. Most women who have that bumpy uncharacteristically rough, dimpled, dare I say: 'cottage cheese' like epidermis (your skin) who are in pursuit of honest to goodness remedies that really fix the cellulite we are constantly trying to cover, hide or camouflage.

Mind you, as I see it, it's not fair. Of course, you have not directly done anything to have inherited your cellulite accumulation, right? The reality is very real, indeed. You've come to the conclusion that your buttocks, stomach, lower back, lower leg, also spots of you from head to toe, that not regularly prone to cellulite, but as you already know, have indeed taken a turn for the worse and enough is enough, you want to take the necessary actions to get back in control.

You may be as slender as a number two pencil, babble on to your friends and family about how much you can eat without even thinking about it, without adding a single, gosh-darn pound to be gained as a result. Believe it or not you aren't free from cellulite. You may exercise, get a thumbs up from the doctor, and eat a healthy diet, and yet cellulite doesn't care, and it is almost inevitable it will be showing its ugly head like univited relatives during the holidays. Not welcome, of course. Getting rid of cellulite is an old puzzle that hundreds of thousands of people will wisely choose their words, and pull their teeth just to tease you of the 'cure' in a box, bottle or toothpaste like tube that will solve cellulite problems without any work.

Such things upset me.

Because, the truth of the matter is that, the fat hiding under our skin, cellulite, at least the way you and I think of it, those fatty deposits found on our body that we don't care for in the least, little bit, barely any of the 'big promises' on the market are worth the effort.

There are thousands of cellulite minimizing products being promoted right now. And those who tell you to avoid one, only to try another, often have a direct affiliation with your potential sale. That kind of information that's looking out for your best interests.

If you can think of it, odds are it's been tried: anti-cellulite creams , the right exercise for cellulite, news of cellulite treatments, infrared cellulite therapy, wear anti cellulite shirts, cellulite removal via lasers that go deep within, cellulite home remedies certain to have you pulling oils, extracts and stuff you eat out and then rubbing it all over your body, has just one objective in mind: to get you to throw money at whatever they are selling.

Perhaps you have taken the hook, line and sinker for that so inspiring customer interview, printed blurb from a health and diet magazine, look at me then and look at me now photo as all the proof you need that what they not so surprisingly are selling really works - And good news! - it vanishes into thin air: fatty deposits, cellulite, cottage cheese, or 'insert your favorite cellulite nickname here', or so they keep telling you and me.

Don't despair. Maybe I can shed the light on what you are reading in the mainstream media, and squash the cellulite fables and the complete nonsense, before this cellulite conundrum gets completely out of control. Quit being obsessed with cellulite.
